I'm in a good place; enjoying my job which i do with pride.

This morning did chores, put breakfast out for the others. If i'm working 6 days a week it doesn't give much time for my personal life. Work is important but the family don't see this. My socialising i'm happy with. I like putting on social media content but you have to be in the mood for it. I'm interested in the politics; i don't like the Tories and i hate Starmer. Abbott, Shaheen- reprehensible. Live Question Time peak viewing will be Nigel Farage, Piers Morgan.

 When things are not in equilibrium you can be more drained; keep your composure.Doors close, doors open. Some waves break last minute as in surfing.

 Fear of missing the sun. Didn't go running when it was raining. Working in London today, Lincoln tomorrow. Was going to go back tonight but spend some time with my Mum as i did last night. Normally i go to bed early but was watching Question Time. An MP was quite obviously lying but his straight face horrified me. And normally i like to have a tea in the garden early but i was inexplicably tired. No 5.30am run.

Double wage today; that's what hard work brings. Bought some gifts for others- Katy Perry, Kardashian scents. Taking the 131 bus to Kingston. Bought a whole halal chicken for £4 last night. I was excited about going to Dulwich after a long hiatus.

 Did Tooting Broadway-Liverpool Street-Cambridge on Tuesday. The fare to Huntingdon is £13 more. The rain in Cambridge darkened ny mood. I was on a tight schedule. If you're on a few beverages eat something beforehand. If you were tired it'll go straight to your head. Got a bus from Cambridge-Huntingdon.

Wednesday morning could not get a cab in the ubiquitous rain. Huntingdon-Tooting Bec in an hour and a half. A food shop before shift.

 Had lamb intestine Piratel had a Sri Lankan restaurant; dry spiced. They do deer too.

Doing leg presses at the gym again; it's hard but it'll be done.Sorted out my locker lock.

There'll be a thousand points of light. Paths traverse. Bliss focus. Be an optimiser.Shunning turpitude.You can get out of pain plus you can change.

 The weekend was..interesting. 'I go back to..what?' My family provide good influences whereas i see 6 cans consumed before lunchtime. I use that as a motivational, chanelling energy. No-one's going to feel sorry for me.Went to the gym, saw family before work. Mum's dementia is getting worse and then i see the other stuff. Escaped yesterday evening to see the second half of Arsenal's in vain attempt to win the title. A nearby playing field is a sanctuary. Decisive, doing something i said i would. You know when something is not quite right; can sense it.

 The exciting Olly Alexander is on at Eurovision tomorrow and he won't hold back. It's an adults as well as a kids show. He's allowed to have political views which he's demonised for.

It's nearly the weekend. I'll be at the student union here at 4.30pm. Train journey on Monday just after 5am.

 It was a good Bank Holiday. Lovely breakfast with Charlotte in the old county Notts. Then went to London.

 It's my destiny to be here working in South London.

People want your help until you're not needed. Maybe that's a blessing that i don't see yet. Sometimes you want things on your terms; get to say goodbye but there might be a bigger reward and picture.There is still dignity involved; do others fight your corner? Those chapters are closed; 6 years is a good run. There is gratitude for the new. Split time between London and Cambs.
