I was up 11 hrs on Fri; just over 7 hrs of which was non stop at work..quietly they know I do a good job, dual roles, covering gaps. Yes in life there are brickbats but it spurs you on. Was in bed 9.30pm, felt cold 4.30am got up, did some chores.

Brighton not on tomorrow night as they're doing an all dayer ; almost a relief, work on conditioning. Where there was upper body flab now you can feel steel. Saw a friend for dinner after work and then went to the gym later.
