There's a Maccas in Beddington Asda, so you can enjoy a breakfast muffin and a view of the checkouts. What would be interesting is a breakfast item with a normal burger. Get the brek at 10.29am, first of the burgers a minute later, stick it in the middle and give it a go. I had a can of No Fear energy there that i had just bought.

If i don't want others to say 'what can i get away with?' i have to do the same. Had a good talk with someone today; you know what to listen to and the rest of the time don't listen to anyone else. In the vanguard of the beautiful. Things become clearer. I don't have time for flakiness. Value yourself.

I really let some people down. I deserve certain things. One of my creditors suggested i give a bigger monthly repayment. It's fair. It keeps me out of trouble. I have to atone for bad judgements. It's like Flight when he's in the courtroom. Reparation; good things will happen round me. I will not break. I'm on Facebook too much; i know that. The organiser of Derby gave a fulsome thanks; it was an honour to be part of something inaugural and magic. I like the Winter/ Spring light.

Didn't make a Guyanese Mash do Sat night in Tottenham. Earlier in the evening a lovely Folkestone girl sat with me in Charing Cross; we were quite entertaining. Pretty convivial at the rugby.
Don't let others 'add to their power' at your expense as has been happening in Ukraine. Don't give away things that you need. Being photogenic is a good quality. More grooming. You can empathise with the good things others are feeling. A fighting chance is all i ever need.

Back in town after a late night/ early morning coach. There was an accommodation levy in Derby but better to be a shooting star that doesn't outstay its welcome. Was ooming and arring over Mr Scruff; £22.75 includes two fees..3-6 would've been good..now sold out. Slept on the coach; could have an early night, with rugby in between. Actually rested before something so i didn't run on adrenalin but on steady food like a barm, burger and fries and a 3am donner which is £2.70 in Derby. Wasn't that cold out. Did 2-11in Derby; wasn't maniacally busy and the bar was raking it in. An ex was there; she looked on to see that i was alright and went on her way. Good to see Jackie, Julie, Andy, Gus and others. Got on well with the manager. Had plenty of water to keep pure. The fest opened at 11am but 12.30 was the earliest i could get there and feel the bonhomie. Ironically the ex was the first person i saw there; crossing paths. But i'm happy with the people in my life; offering loving, companionship. Compared to one of my friends there i'm calmer than her.
Right, Covent Garden now.

Really wanted to go to Chelmsford tonight; i didn't actualise it. You have to envisage the unlikely even if it doesn't come off as it's still a good, spiritual process. Cheques take ages to clear. Had to make do with Arsenal V Bayern Munich and the Brits. Filmed near the flyover in Paddington Basin, overlooking Hilton Metropole and near Edgware Road. Wimbledon-Edgware Road on the District would've been handy.
McCullum got 302 in a different style just when you thought it was all swashbuckle. The clapping just wouldn't stop. Clinical. In life you have to be of the highest calibre; that makes the difference like Thomas Muller. Good people back me up. When others generate excitement or get you in the mood i'll back them up. My success is for the people. Went past Piccadilly Circus early morning and emblazoned was 'the Philippines says thank you'..no melodrama, no milking it..just positive.
Signs are everywhere. Bumped into an old flatmate and her tales were cautionary. Adore the ones that love you, and ignore those who hurt.
Great to be part of the Old Vic Tues; the annals of tradition in a majestic building. We were the test audience and the rehearsal went impeccably. Afterwards went to Kennington and Elephant.

People love complaining; they get a thrill from it. You're sure you have no more gripes? Come on, one last whinge for the boys.  They say the most infuriating things; the brain doesn't engage. The timing of them is incredible. Don't undo your good work. I had to delete someone selfish today; wish i done it before. Not everyone is complicated, are they? I probably don't assert myself enough, leading to piss taking in some quarters. I don't want to be round those who accenuate negativity. Who are demanding.

Finished filming at 6pm. The bus back slower than the slow cooked roast. Keep going forward, as they say at a company worked at this weekend. On Sat was at Wimbledon tennis; could feel the legend..Djokovic winning here. The 493 goes back through Gap Road to Tooting Broadway. The previous night's howling wind woke me up.
Turn a dream into a lifestyle. Worked Sat and it was a breeze; finished early. Man City v Chelsea in the F.A Cup; yeah and? Nice when Jose loses. Then went to a house party; a fantastic one..glorious food. There was poopoo. Left at 11pm. The Millennium Hotel in Bond St is 4.5 star; didn't know you get half stars. Has the well heeled at the Pine Bar; pining for the fiords. Had grapefruit juice; ran out of pomegranate. When filming we had a crowd which i loved. There were two stunning ladies on set; one French, one black.

Back in Canary Wharf tomorrow on an early so no Valentines lunch. Have been going to London Bridge for a week. I'm tired; i should move to the country like Sarah Harding.
Tues went to a photo shoot; various arthouse pics looking down the lens that'll hopefully generate me good money. You can play something that you're not; an ironic departure..you channel into something. Other times it's so you that you play what you are; your aura comes through and you belong at that level..adding facets. Me and companion went from Elstree to London Bridge via St Pancras.
My brother is a top cook; he made a congee. When you eat good, natural food you feel it as you eat. No gunk.
Confirmed for filming on Sun and Wed so'll be sedate at a Guyanese party Sat night. Got two new incense flavours to go through.
Early night.

Didn't start work at Battersea at midday; family member in hospital. 4pm was fine; good to see the usual coterie. I was stuck at reception; directing punters to the cloakroom and glasses, ticking on a tally counter..the interaction side i enjoy. The Mayor's lovely assistant blew us a kiss for sterling work. The heralded beer list in the end wasn't enormously exciting. Was Saltaire Hazelnut Coffee Porter on? My arse was it. Did have Black Iris' Intergalactic 6%; homage to the Beastie Boys? Their Iron Gate Stout went at a reasonably robust 5.5%. There was a Migration Song. Empire Brewery had Strikes Back. Rugby inspired ones- Crouch, Sinbin.
There were still some Christmas ones which pleased me; Yule Be Sorry. If you have Liverpool Organic on it needs to be Shipwrecked which you can get at the Euston Tap. Centennial, Motueka hops were available. Ysgawen was not an anagram. Rat of Khan, Lab Rat were there.
Treetops African Stout sounded good enough to eat; roasted millet, toasted yams, Kenyan coffee and Madagascan vanilla pods.
There was a designated strong beer bar; 8, 9, 10+ %. CJ cider was okay. I surrendered to a French Fievre de Cacao £3; bottled..After my shift i caught up with Ian, Graham, Matt, Kiran, Nancy, Mike, Jane; i should get out more. Was able to drop in the next day for 2 hrs. Well worth a visit if not been there before.

I build dreams and hopes on clouds; however wispy, however much lustre they may have. Apparently others don't do wrong or do things that go against my principles. People won't explain why they've done that. When i do wrong i'm trying to learn from it, be responsible. And with that comes change, salvation.

It's stormy, there's tube strike mayhem, Fulham can't win a match and the manager looks constipated, Garry Monk is considered better than Laudrup and the imperious Kevin Pietersen has been unceremoniously sacked by a very average ex wicketkeeper.
Was invited to the Business Travel Show by Travelodge; a friend was on reception. TL now offer a Dreamer Bed. Quite an extensive layout covering, well all bases. Web based properties. Wyndham Grand Hotel, Qatar and ones in burgeoning Malaysia, India, Kuwait; there's a Hotelcloud.
Reputation.com rebuilds your online reputation when certain things show up in your searches. Stands on hospitality. I wasn't going to pay £5 for a panini. Met Meetingsmaker, Sky Business were there. Bumped into another friend; works in procurement.
Hotel channel management. Roaming solutions as it can be costly. Virgin Atlantic, Capita, NCP for business parking cards. Travel clinics. Some companies specialise in high risk insurance areas. Latam Airlines Group were there.
Serviced apartments. Hotel Village where business, fashion and entertainment cultures intersect like the Cerulean Tower, Tokyo.
Smart hand luggage bags, taxi booking services. Virgin Trains does London to Glasgow in 4.5 hours. Real time bookings. Payment services; card present and card not present. Traveltechie is India's leading travel media company.
So they've thought of everything there; catering, events. As i left a chap outside said on his phone 'I'm flying to Dubai tomorrow'.
Went from Earls Court to Woolwich for some filming. I saw a beautiful view; sunny skies over Canary Wharf, the o2, cable cars, Thames Barrier. From London City Airport there were flights to Nurembourg, Luxembourg. Went on the Woolwich Ferry for the first time as day became evening. Had some pre filming stodge as i averted dusk descending hoodies. The filming itself was short and lively; you can be happy with you have and is more finite than you think. I was able to meet up with a friend in Woolwich Arsenal; my sister in Guys Hospital said to visit tomorrow.

Got to London Bridge 9.45 last night; it wasn't a throng of people. There were seven in our group and we were loud and ebullient. A girl was sitting on the staircase on her own so i asked her if she wanted to join us. She annoyed the group though she did say 'You are the future' to me before being escorted off the premises; the bouncer said she was known and had got in before he started his shift..i don't know what to say.
Are Man City going to get 160 league goals and finish second, letting Chelsea do a double over them? It's no use scoring 5 goals when the game's won and then be psychologically done by managers with a sense of occasion. The Carling Cup could be their silverware this season.
Time for some zzz''s.

Got to Clapham High St stn 17.39, next train 17.52. Denmark Hill one stop, then next train to Catford 18.22, i arrived 18.33 so it's nearly an hour just for a few stops. The connections and coincidences are pretty good; the guys who we were meant to see at 8pm were also at the Catford Constitutional Club..my first time there. It's a lair of old style, curious decor. Gyle 59 followed me from the Gun the night before. King Street in Bristol is Craft Street with 3 places newly open. And behind the bar was one of my first Camra friends who was cheffing. Where we were sat next to us was Shea doing her birthday.
Me and Lara did photos with our Siberian hats at the venue for John's birthday. My hat did the rounds; a barmaid was donning it. The band there were doing some top jazz; looked great..shirt, ties and beenies..life is about expression. One of them came up to me later; Rowan works at the Hope, Carshalton and remembers me from Wallington wash-up in October.
I bought a deal of 20 hot wings and 4 boxes of chips for £5.99; to get in the mood for Superbowl. Streatham Tesco is meant to be 24 hours but it's probably a sensible idea to not have it open on a Saturday night. Tonight should be great; watching the game with an American friend Vicki who i haven't seen for three and a half years. Got my game face on. Chores, meditation, saw a bit of Suarez, watching Ire v Sco before Arsenal v Palace. Going to have quinoa and stodge. Was up early, had Lucozade, more coffee later.

Saturday, February 01, 2014

Was up early, did chores. That's Jan out of the way; that's the month not a girl. Liking the blue sky.
Last night got to Canary Wharf no problem. But then the Gun is hard to find; it's near South Quay. It fills the place between ale afficianado and City twat toff. Met Gyle 59 from Dorset; Starstruck has star anise which is great in cooking. The Gun is on the river and is opposite the o2; gorge view. Still want to get in that speedboat.
The Overground was going to Battersea Park instead of Clapham Junction which was interesting; then it could go to Victoria sometimes. I bought a take away squid as it was Chinese New Year; prelude to a crispy duck. Was watching Good Food ch 247 and they had deep fried rabbits head in a market; you prise open the jaws to get more meat. I'll eat most things but want it to look less obvious, animal..a bit of disguise, look away while eating. The Hairy Bikers fried sandwiches; try that. And Anarchy Sublime Chaos Breakfast Stout.
