A week of lasts; Forest Hill monthly tonight including a converted post office, the classic Capitol buidling which is just 70's and the laughter at the Blythe Hill which i'll hear in the distance.

Yesterday we did a spectacular 10k run; had to step up from 5k, lovely local course. Marcelo, Luke, James, myself and others. This is what it's about; feeling good, did a fast Parkrun Sat morning. Midday on Sunday is a good time; avocado fries after, we like vegan junk food. You get ideas when you're in groups; night runs. Nice to chill out on a Sunday afternoon, watch the world go by. Saw Clara in a bold sari. We take the ideas on; not do the old ones. I had a Hache burger, went to an old haunt, bus back. Evening wind-down.

Do the gym a couple of times this week. Looking forward to Clapham Parkrun on Easter Sat then a festival at Goldsmiths Student Union.

Let things move quickly.
Went for a run yesterday. Ticked off another Draft House; Camden Road. Bus from there to Shaftesbury Avenue. Unanimous excitement for the impending opening of Brewdog there. So many people i know are going for the soft launch opening; i'll get the chicken wings in. Then i joined Genting Casino; bar guys in suits which i like.

Did the McChallenge; that's the three Macs..Mac Junior, Big Mac and Grand Big Mac- in that order. Eminently do-able.

Bumped into a friend at the Harp which was nice; upstairs was actually busy. Didn't feel like going Hyde Park way; the gym was calling and i had to get away. The tube and train fare Embankment-Purley is £4.60 off peak; even though it's a fast train from Victoria, that is too much.
Couldn't get on the leg press and calf press as too busy.

Afterwards the train seemed some time away so i tried the bus. I couldn't find my bank card. Went back to the gym; the caretaker had quite a cards that people had left behind and one looked just mine-but different name. Retraced my steps back to the station; i kept visualising it, feeling positive. Saw it on the road near a post snow puddle. Thankfully it's quiet round the station; i knew that i was looking for it but it was dark and no-one picked it up. I'm a wazzock for letting it fall out of my pocket but was so relieved; would've come back 45 mins earlier.

And this morning; woke up to Gary Oldman winning the Oscar for Best Actor. He's from Catford; anything is possible. Making South London proud.
