You can be frustrated but through it there's love. Just do things operationally different.

I walk to town 4.15am, get the early train,work my triceps and calves at the gym 7.15am. Bought aubergine, bitter gourd, sweet potato, plaintain from my exotic shop in Finchley Road. I'll vote at the election 7am Thurs. Boredom is also an energy source; the prospect of something else. It's all holistic; linked. Some aspects of life are quiet which is absolutely fine.
