Fri: didn't go to Stage Door, Victoria..too tired. Glasto coverage started in earnest.
Sat: Streatham swimming starts 8am, not 7.30am, rather than the 6am during the week..that's lazy. No bus; walked to local tube. Then South Eastwards from Clapham High St; via Canada Water to regenerated E Lon. Cable car..to the o2 in style. It's high up as we should be in life and you look down to flecks of sun on the meandering Thames..a different perspective.
Yeah a birthday watching Minions; most entertaining..a Fight Club ref..self deprecating in jokes..quite imaginative. We were done by 12.40pm and we went straight for eats at Brazilian Rodizio. There's salad to offset the meat. When you've been the Fasting and the Furious this was a really good idea. Don't go mad and the copious meat multiples energy through the day right when you when you need it. Did a Skittles drink after. There's two Meantime pop-ups just outside the o2; including Beerbox with Coffee Porter. Was musing Crystal Palace Overground Festival but was going to call it a day when Vanessa said she was in town for Pride. 'I'll drop in' I thought; North Greenwich to Charing Cross not too bad..3 of us left the party at the same time. Met Nessa and her friends; one dressed as a clown took a shine to me straight off and it wasn't a one way street. It was an energetic, friendly bunch. Later me and new friend went Canonbury way; a flatsit while someone was in Glastonbury. The acclaimed Snooty Fox was still open 11.55pm. We didn't see Glasto highlights.
Sun: Cricket time. Hadn't been to a County game for years and years. Deckchairs at the Oval

Had a great mood ruined a couple of times this week. Tax matter resolved, passing work modules brought down. Next pick up Glastonbury, on tv mud free. Spiritual alignment in one hand, inaneness in the other..glossing over by others. When you have confidence you want to do the things that can go wrong, the harder thing not the dead certs because you're in the zone. You want to learn, can see the pitfalls. When someone knows they've done wrong it's called conscience. No excuses..forgiveness cannot necessarily be asked for.
Nice to be on national tv last night; well received.

Sleeping 6-3 last night wasn't going to happen. There was a beautiful setting sky last night..enjoy the sun today. Is it 6 years since Michael Jackson passed on? I chose One Day in Your Life as my fave/ tribute.

It's a beautiful, blessed month as we meet the challenge of Ramadan, and empathise with those who eat sporadically. Feeling content, and the collective energy.
Did a lot of clearing out Sat daytime; it's all about new ideas. Early eve saw Abi in Streatham; Ghanaian hospitality. No trains running to Sutton so a bus to Mitcham then a 280. You get tired.

Patchouli incense. Fair play to work for finding things in me that even I thought I couldn't do. I feel more whole, consistent..a cyborg, 100% environments.

You'd think fasting would not be something a compulsive person would do but it works alright. It's training not temptation. But after 20 hrs i can now eat.
I didn't go crazy; tea and Greek yogurt now..there's an Icelandic one which is meant to be good. The process of fasting expunges demons, images. Bedbyes.

In One Day Cricket England have reinvented the reinvent. They did 'reverse scoreboard pressure' where the target setters knew they hadn't done enough. Your Australia's and India's can get middle targets on flat tracks no problem. But England are getting the big targets; with overs and wickets to spare. 350-3 in 44 overs? That's insane. There was a shot by Alex Hales which i thought was going to outer space but the balcony'll do. Make mine a Captain Morgan.

Twickenham yesterday and got there in good time via Clap Junc. A Spoons there that i hadn't done before; nice lighting, wonderful rugby memorabilia..the annals of legend, greatness. A nice walk to Staines Road past the Green. Hadn't seen Jane since the Camra AGM, Nottingham briefly. We did Twickenham- Hampton Court- Kingston in other words a very pleasant jaunt with the weather to match. Ideally should've done a takeout from Five Guys, Kingston.
Friday did the fast train East Croydon-London Bridge and met up with Phil and Steve. 'Enjoy your flight' perfect unwind time.
Thurs evening was meant to be a quiet one in Pimlico but there was a West London presentation. Did a nice walk Pimlico-Battersea.
I had eggs royale breakfast one of the mornings; warm egg, smoked salmon, Hollandaise, rocket..delightful.
Jurassic World had the third biggest opening day ever; that's like wow.

Have to be up at early o clock; and I got a sore throat. A certain song'll help me sleep.

Rejection isn't a bad thing; at least you tried, you know. Keep pushing the standards.
