'July 4th was a record day for pub sales'

Very concerning about Leicester; they get to watch everyone else enjoy on Sat 4th and my online photos. Now we know by region; they are not allowed to come and infect Notts. There's been lots of vitriol and drivel about the ethnic mix in Leicester; whites are standing staunchly in their proud and vehement support of the diversity in the city. I hope they can get through this. We have to go with the science on this. My family's borough Wandsworth in London is on the second spike list. I did talk about regional lockdowns months ago. This is not the end; easements may offer a temporary respite but don't change your mindset just yet.

England Restart

5 days after Project Restart in the football there was the Burnley plane; horrible moment, the country is taking a new direction. I urge BAME to not take shit on 4th July when drink goes to people's heads. Wouldn't it better to restart on 1st Aug so there's no second wave? I actually liked Johnson saying those who lost their lives mustn't be forgotten as it was unexpected.
Some people have changed and it won't be the same. You can have ambition with the serenity that comes with a slower pace of life. Complex in the field; quiet outside of it.

There was a vista  yesterday with friends; making them laugh in the park but for now we're tapping into the present, the prescient. Interested in topics like Shamima Begum, the Irish gangland promoter Kinahan who's brokered the now tastier Fury Joshua fight; he ordered a hit on a rival in Spain. There's the police appropriation; they're now the self proclaimed superheroes- give them capes, bypass ethnics more likely to be stopped or have force used against them. It's Thursday night; clap for them at 8pm.

In the cricket IPL Daren Sammy, a former WI captain of standing, has found out the hardest way that his teammates were not brothers. What a facade, pretence he was under; helping them win matches. As an Asian I am so sorry about this; it is deeply shameful and it's my responsibility to address such hurtful treatment.

When Bristol council prevaricate about the Colston statue; guess what? It's done for you. Again what better time for this symbolic action.

Sadly the government's deflection has filtered down to the public; making jokes, talking at length about their social activities. This is the time for serious matters with some timeout for fitness conditioning; gunning for you- 5 miles rather than 5k. This is the time to campaign; address the issues of the day. Whites who deny there is racism perpetuate the problem. It's endemic and i'm glad it's being called out and that people want to change and do more. There is more racial profiling than I acknowledge. We are not wrong to be angry. I'm interested in one's views.

Was followed by a homeless; he asked for some of my dinner which I gave. We said bye and then he's back asking for more; that wasn't the deal, I felt distressed, my dinner violated; I'm having leftover rice for breakfast. I should've gone back to listen to Cillian Murphy my idol but I went for a second run in the evening. Everyone in town knows I run and supports it.

Even in lockdown don't get dragged into things that are not right for you; I'm trying to save money. I'm doing the right action  and I won't pay the price for it. The target I want is the one I haven't reached yet; it is not the cushy one I set, it's the one we don't know.

The whole world is watching; more importantly the UK is watching. Johnson said `Thanks for the deflection'. Trump and he were both told to hide. The US have the darker edge while UK is more face-palm if that is patently possible with the government run death rate. But what a time for US law enforcement to be killing Black civilians; they couldn't enforce a coleslaw.

Peaceful protests have been tear gassed. Trump has given the green light for fine White supremacists to round on the thugs protesting peaceably; BYO baseball bats and golf clubs. Trump's advocates love a show of force.

Here the government has set them free; the more discerning exercise their own responsibility while the more easily led will push it to hilt.
