When it's been busy during the week it's nice to have a zoned out Fri night and save the intensity for the next few days. One tea, one coffee, one green tea in the day is fine. Some of the guys put away a few drinks last night so I was surprised that they had some tonight also. Not habit forming for the sake of it. Trying to clean up in a Miley Cyrus way; there's so much you can get out of life. Destiny has landed. It was a running club night out last night. There's kinsmanship, friendship, eating, storytelling.

A run in the rain after work stresses. Do your own runs, enjoy the gym workouts. Certain enlightenments will come your way.
Nice to hear from an old friend Sarah; yes, be part of her birthday celebrations.
Hope to be part of a Theatre Club; great to be at the Palladium..the tradition. I go where i'm welcome; nice to be quiet sometimes like now.

Resident spirit
It was too hot earlier in the week to go to the gym when you're in melt mode. Better to get back; do cooking, chores. Tweak the practical imbalances.
Glastonbury; didn't get to see any until this evening. Nile Rodgers the living God was inspired by his time here and helped out at Grenfell after seeing the resident spirit. The Man by the Killers is a confident song; 'I got news for you baby, you're looking at the man'. 'I don't give a damn, i'm the man'. To prove doubters wrong. Fuck off very much. Quite enjoyed Barry Gibb's backing singers; one had a zip top and another circular shaped assets. Biffy Clyro were out there; so good over 10 years. A fan of Haim.
Had a lie in, didn't get fit today.

Sunday chills
Sunday morning run. Hit 185 heart rate in the gym yesterday. On the way back I was in a sunspot in a train station and two ladies joined me. Bought my cat some steamed food which he loved; climbing all over me later.
Made chicken thighs with butter, mustard, mustard oil, onion and pepper.
Sit in the garden now.

Less stressful at work today. No socialising tonight; don't feel like it, and save money. Or you end up buying bullshit.
Theresa May despot; vanity. She didn't address any of her problems in that polls comeback. Even in recent adversity the British see sense. UKIP didn't get a seat. I voted 7am yesterday, jogged for the train. Did a 10 hr shift.
Sandown, Esher where racing and dance meet. Threw some shapes to the beats of Clean Bandit in the ubiquitous rain. Glad I went; have to do different things. Go to Lingfield.
Hung out after hours 11pm-midnight in Clapham Junction a fast train away. There was a good feel outside; people talking. Had been up 22.5 hrs.
I said Bangladesh could beat NZ. Use every break; tie in with the wider world. Other times private, thoughtful.

Some ideas are more fluid now. The vibration, frequency gives its own momentum.
Did quite a lot at work; so on the train back was kipping.
Family from Finland came over to see Bangladesh's excellent draw with Australia. Nice to catch up; went to Kaspas for peanut butter waffle with choc and ice cream, strawberry and choc crepe. It's in the presentation. Cooking wise have some curries in mind.
We've had the bad surprises in Brexit and Trump; now it's time for a good one. Everyone's going to come out to vote tomorrow. Sometimes rash moves can backfire; May calling an election before 2020.
How odious of Trump to have a go at a grieving Sadiq Khan.
Pleased that the terrorists killed were denied a religious burial. To carry out an attack in the month of Ramadan is not Muslim.

Step step up
Don't be worn down.
8.30am was in Stockport; 11.45am was at work 158 miles back down. When things like London Bridge happen you step up. Gave Dishoom Sun lunch a miss; funky Indian'll have to wait. Aus v Bang at the Oval should be an interesting occasion. It's a day/night match which we hope will make the night.
Fri night went to a Tooting place for some free eats. Their array includes chicken lollipops, scaling Pincho Moruno skewers, teriyaki steak skewers, their fish and chips is panko cod goujons with matchstick fries and minted pea puree. Cod and chorizo courgettie in a vermouth sauce. There's white truffle mayo. Fruit fomo is apple, thyme and egg white. Mocha martini- espresso, milk, salted caramel and cocoa powder.
Sat got the 8am train Euston- Stockport. I found the seats to be cramped. The train does go 125 mph so at Stoke 9.23am and my destination at 9.55am. Had a coffee at Wetherspoons then did 3.5 hrs bar work. Staff lunch of a lovely stew in a big Yorkie then a tour of the city with someone i'd seen at Spoons and was at the fest. The places were so affordable. Didn't want to go to Manchester from there; wanted a quiet day out.
Saw the Champions League final from 60 mins onwards. Real Madrid were rewarded for their adventure; the movement, exhilarating attack upon attack..they have stepped up each time against the quality of the opposition, Ronaldo so hungry. Buffon the talismanic legend didn't win Sat night.
Met up with Simon and Kate; the news from the South added a sombre mood to late night proceedings. I don't go to Central London that much. This morning I couldn't get out of Euston fast enough; edgy. Now ready to step into danger.
Bought escovitch, had a nap 7-8pm. got some chores done tonight. Then found an exciting, ultimate tube map- with disused stations.
