The A23 Purley Way was always going to be a nightmare today; back streets at 6.30pm. Delighted to get rolled beef brisket and wheatgrass powder from Costco.

Slept 2-8am Fri night; went for a run. Aiming to be faster. Went into work for a few hours. Chicken lunch with Pete and Chandra. It took a while to get to Hackney. Did West Croydon to Peckham Rye and then the Overground to Dalston Junction. Nice walk from there.
