So people were drinking before Lockdown and they still are; no natural break? A friend says the voluntary work we do is 'too much like exercise'.. that doesn't sit well with me. Want to set the right example; show dynamism. I poured a can of strong cider down the sink, and i had a witness, it's not something i need and i feel good for it. Don't need to torture and appall myself with my lifestyle; call myself out. Keep fit, keep faculties. One can't afford to do things; they look forward to lockdowns. Did buy a takeout Christmas dinner Fri night after helping at soup kitchen.

I know others that are posting selfies every day while infection rates soar. There's pictures of nuggets and chips; the world is kind of complex now and this is put out there. Want to see beautifully presented, exciting food as in Masterchef. Diwali talks about light over darkness; good triumphing over evil.

Nice to do kettlebells indoors, go for 6 mile walks, see how the allotment's going, deep cleaning the house. Get a Covid test done tomorrow.

As more leisurely was watching Spongebob Squarepants as you do. Then I see spiritual Keanu Reeves followed by Snoop Dogg and Danny Trejo; couldn't be more excited. There's voice work by Clancy Brown, Matt Berry and Reggie Yates; that's diverse.

Yesterday I binge watched on Netflix The Queen's Gambit. It was beguiling. When Beth Harman goes to the school janitor's funeral she discovers that he had lovingly collected all her chess accomplishments cuttings -and the photo of them with her hand on his shoulder. He was in her head when she played.

Also new on Netflix is Wheels of Fortune. The best character is played by John Ducey who was always going to land on his feet. It is a naturally funny film. Saw a Christmas film from 2014 too.

After recent ailments I've lost some speed of movement; the mind is fine. 2020 isn't all bad for everyone as Trump lost to Biden. You can only push Americans too far and the ousting is being celebrated big time. When a dictator falls there is partying in the street; the very thing he caused in the Middle East has now happened to him.
