Yesterday I binge watched on Netflix The Queen's Gambit. It was beguiling. When Beth Harman goes to the school janitor's funeral she discovers that he had lovingly collected all her chess accomplishments cuttings -and the photo of them with her hand on his shoulder. He was in her head when she played.

Also new on Netflix is Wheels of Fortune. The best character is played by John Ducey who was always going to land on his feet. It is a naturally funny film. Saw a Christmas film from 2014 too.

After recent ailments I've lost some speed of movement; the mind is fine. 2020 isn't all bad for everyone as Trump lost to Biden. You can only push Americans too far and the ousting is being celebrated big time.
