Serene Waters

Went to a 5 Rhythms class. Everything is energy and moves in waves, patterns. Breath catalyses fluidity; feelings, thoughts and muscles all move. This moving meditation shifts inertia, transforms stuck emotions and gain perspective. You connect and deepen focus. One feels unblocked; visions are enhanced. I had an amazing dance off with two others.

What happened in New Zealand is indicative of a wave and shift in the energies of the earth; we'll realign with the truth of who we really are. The new energy will help us realign as one. Resistance makes it harder but find peace and go with the flow of the Universe. It is a surrender to all that is good.

There's a Kenyan cricketer who was in action against Pakistan yesterday Seren Waters; his name is the only redeeming feature about him; it's not Muddy but clear and calm. When you love someone all your saved up wishes start coming out. See you down the front. Tell those close to you that you love them. Convert people's difficult nature into energy and product; better than being sapped by frustration. I will stick up for you; not show you up. Feel good not just at that moment but a sustainable energy. A zebrafish can literally heal its own broken heart. 2011tappingworldsummit.com is an online EFT event; releases pain, trauma.

Tears of salvation

The Cricket World Cup so far; India were breathtaking..Sehwag pretty much plays like that whatever.. Tests, 2020. And then you have another hitter in Kohli. Canada don't play cricket; they make syrup. Tait wash your mouth out.

Meditation improves memory, sense of self and empathy. Cultivate compassion. Forgiveness. Her tears are my tears. The salt on our skin..catching our fountain of tears. Life's going to be more beautiful.

Pain

Turn pain into love. Manifest destiny.
Ooh yes a bus show coming up, and National Pie Week eg fish and cider pie..a whoop, holler and a shout from me.
How funny was Taaj from Come Fly With Me? A sort of street lingo.
Love how Bendtner is off the scale in confidence tests. It's good to come back, be resilient. Sometimes an artificial feeling creates a real one.

Put you in a Wenlock

The bigger the problem the better the solution.

Wed was my last meeting with Rick and Jeanne before their return to the States. Thurs saw Rudolph; we exude love. Met up with some tv sa's incl Mike, Zeynap, Jo.

Fri on the bus spoke to someone who's been in a mixed marriage for 50 years which is probably one of the longest going. They said it was ok till the last Gulf War- and that's when the trouble started, over differing political views. Tim and Karen came down from Nottingham; was great. Then to Julian and Howard's birthdays. Me and Vic's arguing is entertaining; verbal magic.

Sat heard Cherelle's 'Didn't Mean to Turn You On' classic Jam and Lewis, dropped in at Laila's then saw Sco v Wal with Howard, his dad, Dodge and Vanessa. Spoke to a knowledgable footy punter there. Rob, Tim and Karen came to the Crown before a late night and its associated messiness ensued at the Lexington.

Sun had lunch with Julian; saw the pulsating Ire v Fra with its ebbs and flows.

Listening to meditative radio on Last.fm. Later today Wed the Wenlock and then AC Milan v Spurs along with a birthday drinks.

Take her to the Mardi Gras

There's an un-Valentine's do on Sun 13th on a New Orleans steamboat bordello where people dress up as thieves, snake oil salesmen, fallen southern belles, rogues, riverboat gamblers, confederate rifles, bootleggers, carnies and tramps. But love should be celebrated; all days..delight her. The Wombats 'Valentine' has some great lyrics:
all she ever wanted was a little direction
all she ever needed was a friend
all she ever made were the worst impressions
all she ever did was offend

you're the only one to have found my sex drive

and all i ever needed was some damnation from a girl with low self esteem

I remember saying how their video for Tokyo was like one of old, debauched nights out. Loving the Delays 'Valentine'. Did you know that you can get married in McDonalds; as MacMan and MacWife? Straight up.

Be the solution, not the problem. Don't reap a bitter harvest. Our names in the sand. As in the 'Cherish' Kool and the Gang video..beautiful song from a bygone era. Taste love, feel it in your heart. We're connected beyond the metaphysical. Kiss her at the beer festival, her voice still echoes in my head. She can close her eyes and feel. We savour. Look into each other's eyes. Our understanding. She's loving like her mum. Down the chapel. 'I'm going to provide for you. I'm here for you always.' Her arms round me. Hold you, kiss you everyday, make you smile..the peals of your laughter.
Want a Val beef wellington.

Reading Isabel Allende's 'Aphrodite'; blimey don't know if it would go down well on the Northern Line..racy. Daring caresses; Rabelaisian. Some excellent recipes; like pebre; marinated sauce with jalapeno and lovely cilantro.

Deliver me

'The tears keep coming. I wanna be a genius. Gary Moore is God's own guitarist and is coming home. The guitar takes the place of words and conveys wrought emotion. We want to be our partner's endless inspiration. Tributes, love, sincerity; someone said 'thank you for your friendship' i replied 'you're welcome my friend'. Why is life beautiful? Do a difficult job superbly. Transcend reason. Let good things happen round me. Make sure others are ok. We're changing things from the inside; by stepping outside and looking in. Being positive makes you smart. Don't be round downers but positivas. I'll lift the burden. Will make up for mistakes with brilliance.'
