You didn't need to be an ardent fan of Star Trek to realise Leonard Nimoy's aura; he said all we have is our memories and he's right.
Another awe inspiring display by DeVilliers who today tonked 162; the supreme athletic genius. He's got the best strike rate in the last 10 years; he can surely get the fastest 200. Why doesn't England attack with three slips? It's not proactive, it's Stone Age.
Been looking at song lyrics; an amalgam plus my own..'My broken pieces, you pick them up, i want to be the one that loves you, how did i get so faded? This is how it ends, tell me when it kicks in, broken hearted, you can't reason with that'. Before your blood runs cold..lifeforce. This is how it starts.

I like Chill Fm; though it has a limited playlist for its ex-skunk addict listeners..it suits us hippies who can't do the loud music now like the old Ministry days.
Seeking further purification of piss; don't want it to be the colour of George Hamilton.
Some pointless rules today as predicted by my horoscope. Part of me will always be the rebel but sometimes things happen for no good reason. Leading to a celestial reinvention.
When Chris Gayle made his 215 you could see Andre Russell not best pleased; he was saying 'I wanted a go' which is fair enough..if it's only 1 wkt down they could've made 400 through all sorts of risks. I hate caution; like Ian Bell. In life talk about best case scenario, not worst case ie a poor version of Samsonite.
Delighted that Madonna fell, the attention seeking decrepit..Get Cape. Wear Cape.Fly. It's a straight swap; karma for a career of contrivance. The new guard Paloma Faith can actually sing.

People shouldn't worry about being on their own.
Listening to some old music; 60s.

Earn the angel wings; you've given it your best shot

In the 7.5 hrs it took to go from London-Derby i could've gone from London-Pakistan; don't do the coach..the return on the train was a free first class upgrade. A friend who i haven't seen in 4 years is cooking Sunday lunch; the friends who i met him through think they're cooler than me. Keep it restful, spiritual..amazing things are going to happen which you will effect.

A simple 15 min train ride took longer. No one's going to cry for you; your story's your story. The displacement of hearts.
I know who i am; there's been a passage of time so i look at things differently..the new facets. We are one blood; share the same lifeforce. Saw Tony Singh last night; solid farming food. Next stop John Torode; Argentine beef. My dad makes the best sticky veg.
The best things add value after they happened; that adds to legacy, long termism.

Extreme chilledness today; didn't go out for a roast.
Kick some ass out there. Saw my voice of reason Stacey Sat night; who tells me when i've been an arse, when i've done good-the only person i listen to. Tells me when i can do better.
You got to have spirit that is untameable. Go at full tilt. Let your new history be a page turner.
Worked till 7pm Fri; took about 2 hrs incl a half hr wait at Marylebone. Saw the Wales v Eng humdinger from 48 mins on at Hennesys, South Harrow. Then across to the other Irish place St Gabriels. In the morning the train times were changed so i went from Northolt. 11.15am was too late for breakfast and too early for salad at Harvesters; breakfast with salad might be nice. I like bottomless coke but not bottomless women. So i did Northolt-Vauxhall; the tea rooms there always busy and were doing kedgeree. Dropped into nearby Zeitgeist; saw Jack, Petra, Kev, Tracey. The St Pauli match was akin to a paint dry. Next drop in was FoodCycle. Shopped at Costco which took longer than it should have; bought some petrol then to Clapham for a birthday; Sharon said i had made her feel welcome with my warmth before. An entertaining night ensued; i had earlier pre-tanked with Mauritian beer Phoenix, and coke. We had a vip area with separating rope; beside silver buddah.

Really tired; long hours. They pay more in the City. You get a shift allowance, not a shit allowance.
Derby is nearly 4 hours on the coach; so on the way back i'm doing the train which takes..1.5 hrs.
Silent snow in the dark of night.
The spectacular weekend sustained me Mon.
