The breeze of hope and promise outside after the final curtain we saw at the crematorium. I want to be in inspired environments not complaining and showing off ones. Respect is earned; can do more. There's not always respect for my choices. I'll value qualities more. The good die young; does that mean we only learn from bad people? The shit that'll live till 100. One doesn't always have to learn the hard way; can do so in a proactive way. What chooses you; greatness or mediocrity? Be as pure as you can, and the right thing will flow through you.
Defy the rules with good things; because it's their rules. ie the film Wadjda. Leadership is action, not position. It works two ways; some people don't want others to suffer like they did but a few others do want to inflict their experience.

After a bot of ooming and arring went to Le Gothique last night. Got a casting tomorrow, going to a funeral Sat, filming Mon. My boy Alex Hales was in the zone today with 116 n.o and colossal sixes. Sri Lanka are overrated; they're not as good as some people think.

Enjoying the raw food; plant based..leads to clarity of thought.
If parents take from the kids eras the natural order is not maintained and the kids may go before them.

I'm haunted and ravaged by the past; the people i couldn't protect. Spiritual meditation has tempered that.
Be a good sport; sporting. What is fragile is precious. Going far and fast, higher and longer. When you show me support i'll look you in the eye and go for it. Genuine artistic expression gives credibility.
Yuraj Singh again played for himself, reflecting badly on the captain's image. He's only in the team because he hit six sixes in an over. If he wants to be somewhere else he can go in the river and swim back to India.

A film about renegade angels; interesting. Purge repression. The unexpected always happens in life.

Saturday night was shopping; rock n roll burnout comedown, no it was great..better than watching the Cube. Then phone off, cooking.
Just heard that one of the tv guys Rash died suddenly last night; the fragility of it all and such a lovely man..engaging talker. He gave us so much; peace for the hereafter. First Angela, now Rash, who next?..me?
Liked Rooney's 'tribute' to Becks who was on Sport Relief last night and in Upton Park today to see that 50 yard golazo. The goalkeeper was flailing like a fielder in the outfield. Talking of which how streetsmart was Brendon McCullum today? Usually he bats like a thunderbolt; well ahead of the thunder and lightning today he clouted two sixes to help New Zealand win; he knew..he's a streetfighter..no time for twee politeness. Sometimes if you don't say it loud enough you won't be heard.
Respectful more than adversarial; good night.

Finished work a little bit after 4pm, headed towards Liverpool St. There were two blokes at the station and one says 'My mate fancies you? Interested?' I said 'No i like women'. Anyway i made plans to visit Norwich; Dragon Hall a lovely building, and have pie night with my friend.
Today saw Netherlands quite astonishingly get 193-4 in 13.5 to win v Ireland; 114 in sixes. Attack the impossible..to go for it and get it. Make your journey a magical, exhilarating one.
Carshalton looking good for an afternoon visit ahead of Sport Relief; nice and local. Hawaiian shirt, socks n crocs..not quite socks on cocks as per charity.

Bang are being Hong Kong Phooyed; didn't see any Chinese players.
Warm sunshine bathing the heart.

Seeing a Study in Scarlet tonight; Sherlock Holmes at the outset of his career meets a war-ravaged, disenchanted Watson – discharged from the army after the horrors of the Afghan war – floating aimlessly around London and fast running out of money. Always excited to go to the theatre; with a very good friend tonight.
It's a sunny afternoon, there's a World tournament on; the IPL20 in my folks' beautiful country Bangladesh. The first match ebbed and flowed as life should, caution that gets you into trouble followed by calm arrogance.
Yesterday i took the first train i could from Marylebone to Birmingham. A bus to Edgware Road just before Paddington and then a short walk; made it in good time to the station. I was still seeing tubes up the journey; can we just get out of town? On the other side nice skies over the Bullring received me. There's a confidence to the place in spite of underemployment; a lost generation of unused skills in Northern cities like Manchester and Sheffield. The Woodman was a great place to start off; where history, tradition and rebirth cross. Woods Wonderful is from Shropshire, Oracle from Nottingham, Piffle (what a load of) Snonker is by Froth Blowers. The Old Joint Stock is a lovely building; does homity pie..very traditional. In the Wellington you have a tv screen of what's on; had a Dana. Pure opened yesterday; looked all nice and spangly..a tasting room downstairs. Sierra Nevada porter was on. Convivial centre table. An exciting vision. In the Post Office Vaults had a go at Rat Against The Machine. Macloving in Brewdog. The Old Fox was a contrasting divey place in the Chinatown there open till 2am Thurs-Sat.
I like the hotels, Gentings Casino, Ming Moon, karaoke places. Should've gone to the Craven Arms; more conversation there from staff than snootiness. This was well worth the 25p each way; got told off in a quiet carriage..he just didn't like the look of my face. A Lebanese take away In Edgware Road purported to sell livers and hearts and then smiler goes we don't do them. Then why say that you do? I missed a bus for that. Slept just after midnight.
Mon was St Patrick's Day; a lively start to the week. Beckenham only 23 mins on the train; O Neills adjacent to Patricks. The former was already busy at 3.30; families, fair Irish lasses. I love fiddle music; electric atmosphere. 2 blonde ladies gave me a tarot reading as you do. Interesting observations; got to remain positive. A friend from Norwich in town tomorrow.

It's St Patrick's Day; i would like to go out for it but don't know if i will. It's the Ides of March; a cosmic full moon, when destinies are shaped. It's fun to do the impossible.
I have cut out caffeine and i feel better for it. I knew the day would come to not have hot spice. Got a huge cheese from a caterers.

A grapefruit salad with roobiboos; nice.
Sometimes you have honest doubts 'am i good enough?' the answer should be a resounding yes.
Jackie Chan was actually in Tiswas; great stuff.
Alchemise; no energy is wasted,,think of the Porsche 918. A mini reunion in Kings Cross; Peterborough last time. Platform 9 and 3 quarters is regulated now; staff help take photos of it, no bashing into the wall Moorgate style. One of our Camra friends passed on and there was a remembrance Make Me Smile; her son and daughter were there.
Kings Cross-Vauxhall-Clapham Junc no prob. A play at BAC. It starts off one way and then like a Tarantino film it goes another. It is interactive as you can get; the audience comes on stage and the actors don't know what's going to be said..it's quite marvellous. London days; anything can happen, how you feel on the day.

Tuesday, March 11, 2014

Finished early on set yesterday, had an early night. Don't be downtrodden. Choose to do something before it chooses you. People have put me in a mess; it's my mess and i'll deal with it.

Sunday, March 09, 2014

Women are up and down; one day they like you, the next day they don't..i just want a constant. Today was a beautiful day because i didn't drink. Didn't go out; there were invites.May go to a play in a few days.Great day yesterday with the lads. Now i'm focussed with the work tomorrow.

Friday, March 07, 2014

Got a sore throat in the line of duty; the socks weren't thermal enough. I was arrested on screen as you do.

Sometimes one feels that there is no justice or karma. Higher powers have higher faith in us. Go beyond the unknown. They say it would be mad but go and do it anyway; only those who dare, truly live.

Thursday, March 06, 2014

A successful project done and dusted; involving getting the first train from Wimbledon 5.15am and a global audience that'll watch a quite unbelievable scene.

Tuesday, March 04, 2014

You try to do something in good faith and it goes wrong; traffic both ways..London can be a shithole. People have their own agenda; all that matters is them. Try and pre-empt responsibility because you're going to get blamed for it anyway; they're never happy. A run cleared the head. Do men always need women? No, self awareness is important. You don't need fickleness. My attempts at seamless inclusion don't always work. Girls like bad boys and find niceness boring. People will tell you to your face that they're doing wrong but expect you to be alright with that. One doesn't listen. No smoke without fire. But i will come through this.

Saw Palace get a well deserved point v Swansea. The dancing in Vauxhall was great; lifts you up a level. Good crowd; i didn't do the afterparty..got a chicken and chips and a bus back from Stockwell which took no time at all. If i want more constants in life there has to be more balance, equilibrium.

Sunday, March 02, 2014

I think i shall visit Society, Vauxhall tonight to see a new friend in action..don't let the grass grow under your feet..Sunday night special.
Will DiCaprio get an Oscar? I'm guessing not. Award shows seem to have their favourites like Cate Blanchett.
