Enough is enough; discredited online by someone's instability.
For the family dinner yesterday (Sunday) i offered roast chicken, mash and green beans. Weekend noodle-mutton, mixed veg, prawns. Sri Lankan heat/spice is dry. Jacket potato and baked beans. Today i made Brazilian ox tail liver curry; reduced it so it's not chewy. Has a nice fattiness.
Busy times coming; working 6 days a week for a month.
