 India should go for the win tomorrow and they'll get two days off. 134 is a substandard score. The likes of Dan Lawrence have been exposed horribly. Even the name Axar is cool. I don't like Ashwin's mind games..not going through with the bowling delivery is cheating and doesn't even look that clever.

Went for a run in Nottingham; really go for the fitness, balance. Because of engineering work had to go through Derby; was able to get Northern chips and gravy in between trains- a 11.30am brunch. The journey took 3 hrs in total but that's ok. Friendly Romanian staff at the hotel; they're getting to know me. Saw Ire v Fra. 5pm too early to go to bed so went for another run.

 London to Nottingham on 5pm train is no problem including a 65 min thrash to Leicester. Then it's an hour wait for  Mansfield train. Graham Norton had the variety of lovely Felicity Kendal, the looks of Bridgerton's Rege-Jean Page from the world's hottest show and the lustre of Jessie Ware which is the entertainment you need right now. 

 Hold ups at work mean me being team rep is being delayed. I read up on management; this is the King Lear ambition side of things. When I called out the previous rep it was well received; they said you are now the rep I didn't hesitate and it felt right. Boris' dark arts. You can't be peoples friends at work; there is the unblurred line of demarcation. 

 I've more or less given up finding work at a vaccs centre; 2 days a week would've meant working 6 days sorry nation I thought I was being tenacious- would've been Woking 9-5. 

So there's more time for run rhythm and binge watching Spiral. When I finished series 2 went to wash my coffee cup and saw snow falling in the night. Was thinking about the Guardian's review of the Serpent; they said Marie was brainwashed; we don't need everyone's compliments, flattery. Don't like saying it but my Dad still tries to gaslight me; with things that don't make sense. There can be no doubts; the confidence is better than before.

 We did a prayer walk when it was 1c; Dee is the biggest Sheffield Wednesday fan.. she's lovely and one of us.

Watching Viking unveiled as Morten Harket was one of the most exciting things i've seen. Not John Thomson or Glenn Hoddle but someone with endearing magic.

I can't seem to find test centre work here in Notts on my 'days off'; maybe I'm being excluded. But I've done ok since the start of December.
