Going near Vallance Road later; Krays territory. East to West.

Saving Mr Banks
Not saving Carlton Banks from eviction or Saving Private Ryan this time but saving a reputation/memory, through imagination and storytelling. Colin Farrell was a bit feckless, bad tempered; a fine line between magic and car crash but the daughter had love and trust for him..a cut-away of them on the horse. First you think it's like Hitchcock; a film about making a film but it's the angle of love that saves Banks. Like in Shine the father is demonised but this time is redeemed.
The daughter grows up to be cantankerous because of what she's seen; a distant look, hurt eyes. Kids shouldn't see their parents with fallibilities; she lovingly gives him the booze. There are themes of innocence, money. Any shadiness of Walt is not alluded to. The animated penguins which caused initial consternation worked well. The relationship with the driver is good as he opens up through his own family issues.
Definitely worth a watch.
Just saw a lovely episode of Enders; on iplayer..you can do your own scheduling. Nice bit of romance.
Ian Watkins; next level dark. I hope they get him good in prison. His actions will result in lost profits..people should listen when they know what someone's like.
A bigger turnout for the meditation class at the chapel. Someone walked out; very restless..some people won't understand breathing in light and exhaling negativity, i get it. Someone else was clearly distressed and went up to the teacher at the end; we're here to help.
Went to Wilko. Not enough tills open; another one opened only after i was served which was flustering.
Meza's only recently opened; vibrant place, with the music you'd think you were in Lebanon. Another global beer to tick off Almaza. Friendly staff.
The wolf escaping from Colchester Zoo and then shot; doesn't that show it was unhappy with this unnatural environment? I hate the idea of zoos. And performing animals; what they're fucking clowns?
Later had a swim at the spanking new pool in Streatham; immersive, cardio vascular. Shaping up for Christmas.
Masterchef; tarragon mustard, sage foam, suagarwork, floating islands..love it. Nigella's kept us in jokes today. Saatchi the old man is a cad for selling her out.
Gogglebox; too funny..there is something about that programme i like. They'll hopefully go through the Xmas programmes. The British public is engaging. You couldn't make that script up. 'June come to the darkside, show us your knicks' i was crying with laughter. June and Leon laugh together; wonderful.
You know, people still clap at the end of films and when planes land. Saving Mr Banks Tues night was that good. Two hoodies in the back row; hoods up, i was one of them making mental notes for a review, crying when Emma Thompson cried ha.
Don't let negativity define or destroy you.
Got an airport run, got to go to a University. Good night.

Meditation good for stillness; the breaths are good. Alternate rounds in alternate realities. What i've done has come to roost. Show us your passion.
I would've dropped Trott if he didn't quit. The world is harsh and you're as good as the last thing you did; people don't give you sympathy. If Frankie Boyle has called Rebecca Adlington Dolphinface in the past then that's what it is.
Illuminate, inspire, enliven.

People get competitive when there's no respect. You don't give loaded guns more ammunition; be it sport, life. If you are beleaguered you come out fighting. It's not the wrong uns that are misunderstood but those that are right. Certain friends will fight your corner.

Bought some beef knuckle boneless when shopping early; knuckle sandwich..Remind me not to have three coffees when it's bottomless; i'm sure it gives me a temperature. New local swimming pool opening Mon. I can don the budgie smugglers.
Recalibrate my sights over the horizon for the fag end of the year.
People get angry when others take the piss.
Bought some stollen. May go to Winter Wonderland tomorrow.
Did a cull on social networking and feel fantastic.

Did a hosp drop, back on the filming tomorrow. Saw the beautiful Oblivion with its various themes that warrant a second look. Sometimes the truth doesn't want to be found. The Shattered Dreams Pathway; as in the Johnny Hates Jazz 80's standard..is it a boulevard of broken dreams? On set i stuck a cold croissant in a ploughmans sandwich; supersized carbs

I know my buses; the driver didn't know but i told a passenger who wanted to go to Victoria to take the 148 from Elephant. Got to Gunnersbury in good time as the N9 was there and i ran for it.

Sachin played first on 15/11/89 and today is 15/11/13.
I bought chilli penne and it is not bad. Usually it's Asians who try and make everything hot; the pasta has a nice red colouration.
The John Lewis ad cost £7m? There was a point on Gogglebox; for that price i want Streisand singing. Snapchat turned down £3bn from Facebook; how much are these companies earning?
Emily Maitliss did a good job on This Week; straight faced, referred to Panda Cola a la the 70s.
The winds of change are not stultifying but reviving.

The 3rd Ideal Home Christmas Show
The front of Earls Court 1 was bedecked in falling snow to the backdrop of Earls Court tube; think Whistler in the sun or the John Lewis ad. We were received by the Ugly Sisters contemporarily called Tulisa and Miley, it twerks for me, and Widow Twanky- that’s Twanky. We had Jingle Bells with lots of jingle. Never do a tango with an eskimo. Further soundtrack was Saviour’s Day, Driving Home For Christmas, Wings, Slade but stick with it as it all works holistically. Lisa Faulkner did a photo shoot; she’s a good sport g.s.o.h, coincides with G.O.S.H and Children in Need on Friday. There’s an ice rink inside under lovely big lights. Gregg Wallace’s restaurant looked striking; £26 will get you 9 Christmas items.
Hand carved candles, hand carved turkey. It really is a land of enchantment; a pre emptor to Winter Wonderland, evoking visions of Edward Scissorhands playing in the snow. There are family themes; the Princess’ kitchen, bibs saying ‘All daddy wants for Christmas is a silent night’. Did you know that ‘the cure for anything is salt water- sweat, tears or the sea’. There was something for the domestic ungoddesses ‘I only have a kitchen as it came with the house’; all bases are covered. An edge of bawdiness; a glint in the eye of Christmas looking at you. Loved the riot of Christmas colours. ‘It’s a puppet’-kids can do skits as well as their computerised games. The show is the intersection between dreams and making them happen.
Phil Vickery was part of the 2003 Rugby..no the other chef was on early doors. The Christmas catwalk was dynamic, juxtaposed to the apt champagne style bar-which has a hottub in the middle. Down the runway was Sonata Lingerie as well as party season outfits at affordable prices, so you had basques, sequins. The mink and rabbit furs stall got a cursory glance.
Christmas; it’s in a bag..big, cinnamon pot pourri. Baubles. Lots of. And fairy lights. Saw a white chocolate fondue. Five minutes later i was able to move on. A demonstration of Croatian wines. Rock Choir did Last Christmas with some style; would like to join them. The Lotus LFA was souped up sex. A top said ‘All i want for Christmas is everythng’.
So this is your one stop shop; from conservatory ideas and touch controlled showers to decorative curtain clips, baby rompers and seasonal cushions. Christmasscapes can be framed in custom made photoshots. It’s a return to when things were simpler; to when you did Christmas in school. I left to that song about a reindeer playing; a Message To You Rudolph.

Dropped into our local Camra branch's Clapham North night out for an hour. Used to work round there. Saw the second half of Dortmund v Arsenal; always set historical records. Will write about the Ideal Home Christmas Show next week; food and drink, decorations.
Your life will never be the same again; in a good way. Free from struggle once and for all. Life's been waiting for you.

Man vs Meats at Sabor which is Portuguese for taste; free coffee on it's inaugural day yesterday. The staff were jovial and smiley which was almost disconcerting for grizzled Londoners. I had a Colombian malt drink. Bumped into a friend in the Wheatsheaf so we joined forces and a good Halloween night was had by all. The post swilling hours doner was bordering on cold but hey ho. Saw This Week and the absorbing Hardtalk; the exchange was fantastic.
Man vs Ales at Le Gothique was a valiant attempt which came to an abortive end 3 and a bit hours and 6 pints into the fill your boots beer buffet. Repleting with raspberries and oranges. Hitting supposedly sleepy Eastbourne tomorrow for a day tripper; sleepy's fine, i want coastal. May go to a temple Sun for spiritual purposes.
