Glad David Beckham achieved his dream of an MLS franchise; don't give up on dreams, what's your city of dreams?

Will it be a quiet Fri night? Put the soft feelers out. Yes it was; Kilburn would've been too far and too late.
So Saturday morning made the 8.26 from St Pancras to Sheffield. Leicester takes 62 mins; not bad. Apparently Derby and Nottingham Forest fans because of the towns being 15 miles apart have genuine animosity; not friendly banter.

Relaxed at work now; medium and long term i don't know. There should be energy available at the moment for keeping fit, creativity. Saw the final two episodes of Hard Sun last night; i like the ending.

It's Burns Night; in the mood for haggis, and a wee dram of the peaty stuff.

Gruesome scene in McMafia ep1; happened so quickly out of nowhere. Digital; moving money.

As i said sometimes we're misunderstood and people will see what they want to see

Finished filming with dialogue today; I worked hard for it. This is not the time to give up on what you want. You will find what you're really good at and what you love. This was about focus, sacrifice. A relative who was 14 years younger died, Gary Speed killed himself because of the abuse he suffered; don't waste the life. There's much to be done before the final resting place. 2018 has got off to a good start. Dream the impossible.

I'm embarrassed that my friends are drinking in January like it's any other time of year. Camra say support your local pub now when business is down. Support your liver.

Spend shrewdly. Afghan takeaway; they gave a copious one. Pilau with a leg of lamb in it. Made some millet.

Thinking of deactivating my Facebook account; give people a break.

Palace won; now 12th. DeBoer was woeful.

Some bonkers scenes in Hard Sun.

Hadn't eaten all day yesterday; just a whole lot of lukewarm filter coffee, so felt better after pizzanite. Even now i'm still not convinced with pineapple; too sweet.

We should dismantle the bad things we've built; the good things are fine. Deconstruct baby. You will always get moments of insight.

After the overwork of Tues-Fri had a night out Fri; New Year, new energies. There are things I did last year that I won't this year; my resolution. The Roquefort cheese simply divine.
Slept 3am-1pm; saw Fleetwood Town v Leicester, the saving grace from the match being Alex Scott MBE.
Wasn't meant to go out yesterday but circumstances meant I did.
There's a new task at work and I couldn't tell you how I do it; it's a Zen thing. you work it out for yourself.
So to get rid of snuffles I've had chicken soup, sat next to radiator, afternoon nap, hot shower.

When you physiologically want exercise; I was coming back from work with two bags and then I was running down the middle of the road.

I'll make you papazules; the food of love. Want cerviche; found a Taihitian recipe on Pinterest.

Saw Pretty Woman again; connects with your soul. You see a different thing each time. Acting connects; provide the emotion. It's a film you watch in whole each time. Life making you a better person.

Outgrown

That moment when you come back from New Years and realise you've outgrown others, you've outgrown the past. The things you stand for change, your momentum changes. Going from an overnight coach to the gym. It can be better but it's still early days in the year. You find different outlets. The chosen ones get away with bullshit;  the ones that work don't get the plaudits.
What better way to have a dryer January than to learn lines for a film? The timing's great.

Post Boxing Day

Wed Dec 27th. A friend asked me for a third time if I was coming out yesterday; didn't like it. Today's run was earlier. More food; broccoli, garlic mushrooms, duck pate, trifle.
Leave your opponents gasping. Be as perceptive as you like.
