Didn't go out to Shepherds Bush; had a quiet one. There's an invite to Coach and Horses, Soho Sun but don't fancy it.
New Year miracles. All the light in the world.

Richmond was great yesterday; we went on a swaying boat, and the water was a fast moving torrent. It's that time of year when you look a little bit back and a little bit forward. The highlights of the year and gently ushering in 14.

Xmas stilton was lovely. I wore a white suit as a symbol of Xmas snow; red kravatte and Santa hat. Unlike Enders there was no gravy fight. What an entrance by Danny Dyer today; turning round the smirks. Is there such a thing as universal justice? Life jumps up a level. Supposed to be in Richmond later but the winds are whistling part 2; no trees on the track thanks.

There was a magical Christmas scene at Euston station. Next to a Santa's grotto with an elf on the floor was a choir reciting carols. Took a Boris bus to Marble Arch, saw some people on soapboxes at Speaker's Corner. The rides at Winter Wonderland went up to the blue sky. Near Hyde Park Corner saw a lovely tree; the combination of lights on green made me squeal. Pleasant Christmas cheer at the Nag's Head.
Did some work on Sat morning before going to Brentwood for an Essex day out; Xmas reunion. Sadly Sarah couldn't make our round of pubs, as it was the Winter Solstice we had people dressed as druids. Liked the sharpness of the wind. Return trip was Brentwood- Dalston via fast train and Overground from Stratford, bypassing Liverpool St Zone 1. I was going to a birthday there and thought it'd be nice to catch up with a friend who lives nearby beforehand. Unfortunately she thought it was meeting for the birthday; i can't invite her to someone else's do. Don't people meet up before going to other things or do i get these things wrong? The party went resoundingly well; i crashed over at my friend's quite near town. So today checked out a new All Bar One in Euston station, did some train spotting so to speak..a very slight element of Anywhere But Here.
Fri was my sister's birthday; epic food. After midnight ended up in Ministry of Sound till 4.30am; fab music, the dj's dancing added to the vitality. I only slept 3 hours so making it till after 3am Sat was pretty good.
Winter Wonderland on Thurs had its cons. Min spend on cards is £20; charges at the ATMs are £2.95 and there's only denominations of twenties. They do a huge leg of ham in the Bavarian Village. Good meditation Wed lunchtime. 'You're right, you did push me away. When it would've been so easy to keep me'. Stills become photos, in life what is background can become the foreground and vice versa. Life won't get the better of me. Worries won't kill what's good.
TOTP2 is always good; obscure memories. How good is Erasure's Gaudete? Saw Sting's gig; we need the quality to counteract today's shit.
Swanny doesn't owe anyone anything; if he wants to make a swipe at others he can do so.

Didn't sleep great Sun night; should've had an early one. Took the first tube so i was at Fire, Vauxhall for 5.45am. Been meaning to go to this for ages; shoud've gone on that stormy night after the film shoot. It's on 11pm-10am and was still quite busy; the after hours party is at 6am. The dancing there was fantastic; it's a return to something after years of fighting fires emotionally. It's re-whetted the appetite ahead of Ministry on Fri night; do a late one. I didn't have a beer as professionalism for work has to be maintained. Fire is literally behind Vauxhall station and i left just after 8am to go to work. Clubbing to start the day; recommend it, shower at work. Started a 9am shift at 8.45am, took me packed lunch to the club.
Finished work early so dropped in to new Steam and Rye; New Orleans-esque. Vibrant buzz; they have bands and djs. Bank offers up a good crawl; Abacus, the Folly and this new one. Walked to Whitechapel and took the Overground to Denmark Hill for a Christmas dinner for which i eschewed a tv casting party. With posing for photos comes an element of falseness so i favoured the holistic experience.
Went out Sat; renegade Santa after Man City's 6-3 tennis win v Arse. Mertesacker to Ozil shows how Muslims/Asians are sometimes talked to.
Fri was one of those days; 40 min delay on journey to Birmingham. Take away scram's cheaper in Wolverhampton than London. Was told that hoodies there are 'spontaneous' and could 'tax' you in certain areas. Back on a 2am coach which went through Luton Airport.

Where's my Christmas angel? Two stars'll hurtle through space and collide. Some of the murky past have appointed themselves moral guardians and now it's too far down the track to pull it back. A breeze of hope blows off the bay. Fight the good battles on your own. Learn the lesson again just in case you missed it the first time. Why don't you turn the tables on life for once? There are a lot of transformational energies. Above the silence we listen to the peripheral. I'm a guru of meditation, light and aura. I chose love over fear.
Everyone's entitled to a viewpoint, even me. Sometimes there's a collusion of unluckiness.

Usual gestapo style police at the Anchorman 2 premiere. Ride Like the Wind was played; now i find out that it is on the soundtrack new style..with Robin Thicke!
Yates in Leicester Sq was too garish for catching up with someone you haven't seen for 8 years so went elsewhere. Later Golden Dragon in Chinatown including tofu. After midnight went to O'Neills as it was Baz's birthday. The beer was watered down; stick to bottles. We got him a shot of sambuca followed by one of Moves Like Jaiger. Was open till 3am but 2.25am was sensible enough. Today's client was Essex based compared to the previous Man From Panama.
The christmas tree is up. Trying to put a 'selfie' up; 'good hair day' but Facebook having a few glitches.

Buying into Christmas miracles. To a brighter day.
The cable cars in the Greenwich fog looked good yesterday.

What a relief to work with someone the other day who knew what they were doing; takes away tension.
Never a dull moment in a Hackney festival. A well dressed lady of the night came in in her fineries, and her pimp was looking her..she just wanted to enjoy some time for herself, have some ales. And overnight we got a knock on the door from local residents; only they weren't, they were the neighbourhood dealers who felt the loud music was scaring off trade. What's wrong with Bruno Mars at 2.10 in the morning? The festival's only there for a few nights in the year. The night steward has got me back into trance; euphoric's as good as meditation. One of the bar staff said 'i don't want the fest to end'. No everything must have an ending. We come back with more fervour. New projects.
Make a difference; difference makers.

Had some trifolata yesterday; chestnut, mushrooms, truffle..gorgeous. Great meditation at the chapel.
Yes FloRiz Nightingale. The higher you live, the less you struggle.
Yesterday had chai beer and a Scotch Bonnet Christmas one. Trumans have done their first beer in 24 years; an old recipe unearthed.

In a pizza mood; Pizza Express doing some good Crimbo ones.
Think there was a trade session at Pig's Ear and the Mayor of Hackney getting proceedings going but didn't fancy it. Got some Tenerife olives which need eating.
Got the Xmas tie out of storage; i'm going to be the life and soul. Robbie Williams is an idol; the consummate entertainer. Rent a livener. The Wombles seasonal ditty is very catchy.
I love the support Tom Daley's getting; some trolls aside. He was getting stick anyway and he has countered with positive bravery; to me that's magic. It's a big deal because he is held in high regard and is so identifiable.

Sometimes i bring things upon myself; other times people'll never say sorry. Some people celebrate like RVP, some like Ramsey don't celebrate and you get a standing ovation for it.
No roast Sun so had it Mon night instead; with sage n onion, gravy. Made a Waldorf salad.
Saw Enders; hit and miss, some of the script and acting doesn't seem right. I don't know if it's laziness that they think viewers'll won't pick up on.

Following Peaches Geldof on Twitter. Vigilante tweeting? Na, sticking up for the common man, an uprising against evil. She's a better mum than Katie Hopkins.
Only the real good tweets make it to Facebook. Social media is about engagement.

Went to an ecological project yesterday as a thanks for the plethora of work i've got this year. It was great to be outdoors; filling barrows with compost, removing leaves from beds and sifting in the new compost..therapeutic, there were purple leaves, breathed in air in this urban oasis. A snap in the air keeps you honest. Had a lovely organic lunch, the sweetness of the carrots. Different backgrounds there made for a lovely energy.
From Finsbury Park to Old Spitalfields Market. Record labels and breweries in the house; it was reverberating, rocking and electric. Redefining the way we drink ale; dancing to beats, some of the Camra lot looked bemused..we were on a grass area inside. The friendliest brewery were Bermondsey's Fourpure; sparked off magic. Did some craft scene networking. It was a bit too busy for me; needed a rest after the hecticness. My friends' homemade ale is pretty good stuff.
Fri got off at Whitechapel and walked from there; it's not in zone 1.
