Take her to the Mardi Gras

There's an un-Valentine's do on Sun 13th on a New Orleans steamboat bordello where people dress up as thieves, snake oil salesmen, fallen southern belles, rogues, riverboat gamblers, confederate rifles, bootleggers, carnies and tramps. But love should be celebrated; all days..delight her. The Wombats 'Valentine' has some great lyrics:
all she ever wanted was a little direction
all she ever needed was a friend
all she ever made were the worst impressions
all she ever did was offend

you're the only one to have found my sex drive

and all i ever needed was some damnation from a girl with low self esteem

I remember saying how their video for Tokyo was like one of old, debauched nights out. Loving the Delays 'Valentine'. Did you know that you can get married in McDonalds; as MacMan and MacWife? Straight up.

Be the solution, not the problem. Don't reap a bitter harvest. Our names in the sand. As in the 'Cherish' Kool and the Gang video..beautiful song from a bygone era. Taste love, feel it in your heart. We're connected beyond the metaphysical. Kiss her at the beer festival, her voice still echoes in my head. She can close her eyes and feel. We savour. Look into each other's eyes. Our understanding. She's loving like her mum. Down the chapel. 'I'm going to provide for you. I'm here for you always.' Her arms round me. Hold you, kiss you everyday, make you smile..the peals of your laughter.
Want a Val beef wellington.

Reading Isabel Allende's 'Aphrodite'; blimey don't know if it would go down well on the Northern Line..racy. Daring caresses; Rabelaisian. Some excellent recipes; like pebre; marinated sauce with jalapeno and lovely cilantro.
