Our days

One of  my friends thought a scotch bonnet was called a sonnet but she's still lovely.

Sat in the park earlier, listened to soul and motown including Alexander O Neill, Oliver Cheetham. My favourite song at the moment is Josephine by Chris Rea; 'I send you all my love, every step I take for you'. Dreamy days. .magic. Spread positive energy.

I made a pitch for a job. Eek out the days. I have my family and memories from when I was a kid. Yesterday in Bedford 6.30am I was the only one in shorts as my life is warm. We were encouraging the runners , playing the tambo. Athletes look good.

After the job I was walking, running the 8 miles to town centre. An off duty cop stopped me saying you're going to run out of A6 walkway. So he radioed a van to give me  a lift. Lovely chap; we chatted. The van arrived- and the cop's car had gone flat. I was dropped off at the new Brewpoint building in the back of a police van and they went back to jump-start their colleague's car.
