Had a club run in Nottingham; could've been slightly faster. Train is every two hours on a Sunday; rushed back for Palace v Leicester;  great Vardy trolling. Think they'll beat Arsenal next weekend to put Emery out of a job.

Been eating ok last few days; Sunday night casserole. I'm playing golf midweek; see how we go. Didn't go into town tonight.
