A life enhancing day; doing a half marathon is a surreal experience. I like the training, discipline. There is a mark i want to reach; and then I'll do something else. Reflected at the Barley Twist basement and the Newshouse near Nottingham station.

Went to Sunday evening service, then hung out with Benjo and Rob at social club before going into town. Dan decent character; he said if people don't like jokes, ribbing he'll stop. My past kept going on.
I was drawn by the country music at a venue and lovely Kyle's on shift. If the day wasn't good enough i had an admirer there who thought i was nice looking. There is malaise in Mansfield but there are pockets of hope which keep me here. Looking forward to the next run.
