Bank Holiday rant

I'm forever championing women but people continue to be thick. I can't write in memo form because they will not understand it. In a fast moving world you have to account for those who only see literal. I have said everyone else understands it but they're not shouldering the blame. I say when I'm wrong. Competitive people can't take a joke. They try and engineer things towards themselves. Don't let people from the past distort your balance. I was taught that when writing give your audience a sense of mystique; is it dumbed down now? The spoon fed generation who will not have confidence.
