Easter Sunday

Prayed for the Sri Lanka victims; seems to have mirrored New Zealand.

Junior Parkrun is a new project to run on Sundays which I'm getting involved in through marshalling. The kids write their own run reports; the style is unfettered, without the constrictions of later adult life.

Spent 6 hrs chilling in the garden yesterday, saw the donkeys, followed Palace besting Arsenal in a 97 min game. My neighbour has a trampoline so you see various bobbings over the fence.

Went to the gym after sunset; a nice time to run.

 Had the Captain's Kebab; chicken and lamb doner, chips, salad. Remains unfinished in fridge.
