Sat morning was up at 4.10am and was up with friends till 3.55am. Had a Maccas in Liverpool St station at 5.10am; 'what have you got?' at this time..a filet o fish was fine. So the first train out was at 5.20am; yes i was ready to start my day and i saw some people going back from a night out. For four hours morning till lunchtime was doing installation, setup of a popup. Lifting; liked the relentless workout. This was behind the scenes; couldn't be bothered to face punters this time. There was setup five days earlier on Mon; so Stoke then Norwich was great.
Sadie met up with me for the afternoon. Went to a place called Trowse; drop trowse now. Been going to Norwich for nine years now with various circles. Both train journeys last were £18 return. Slightly arduous return journey Sat evening. A replacement bus from Witham, Essex. My friend's do started at 7pm; getting there for just after 9pm meant i stayed for the afterparty. This was a do a la carte. There was a pot chilli con carne with the emphasis on chilli.
Thurs went to a birthday in Battersea; out till after midnight with a 7am start the next day. Glad for the 3pm finish on Fri.
Wed went to a brewers presentation in Balham; knew Becky from before. There was some afters too; vibrant night.
Tues a Crowdfunding event in Herne Hill.
Mon was on the tube 5.20am for a 6.20am train to Stoke. We did 9.30-3.30 and the work was pretty much done. Left Stoke 5.30pm; not a bad scene there now..inspired by Manchester. Was back in London before 8pm.
