Still horrendously tired. I am happy to do Fri and Sun night shifts. In my spare time I'm working; serving. Like the work ethic. Things move quickly and before you know it you're part of something. Was at the Winter shelter Sat night for two hours and then again this morning after 6am. Had to hide away after. A cup of tea on sofa and bed till midday. Your free time goes quickly.

Spent a few hours in Sheffield Sat afternoon. Stopped in Chesterfield on way back; at Einsteins.

Thurs afternoon went to the Darts at the o2. Do love it; finishing on a strong checkout from behind. High fived the players at the oche. Went to Harvester afterwards. Thurs evening at SW London friends; another beautiful experience.

Our staff party in Leeds was spectacular; the place to do it. This was the day after Kew finished. Loved the first proper run of the year on Wed. The 42k is coming.

This week is Monday night at the social club, a cauliflower with chilli challenge midweek, a 60th birthday with old compadres.
