Should've had a slightly earlier night Sat; didn't have a nap after work. Sun early morning did my Maccas ritual, started work at 8; perseverance paid off and you understand the task better to do it more efficiently the next time.
I was done at midday. Trains are every half hour, there wasn't a full Overground service and there were no fast trains. Did London Bridge to Bethnal Green. Where creativity meets edge so rather than be in bed 3pm I was at the hub of hops talks. The extremes of American temperatures; hot days and cold nights lend the hops to a more punchier product. There are so many new hops now. Slovenia has more hops than the UK, Germany producing more than before.
