I didn't agree to that deal; the best deals are in the City. Be careful to what people think you'll always go along with; sensibilities change, one of you has to evolve. They enjoy it a bit too much and can't change once it's in motion. If you don't get what you want from the outset don't let it drag on. Like DiCaprio's second missus in Wolf of Wall St said 'We're not going to be friends'. Friendzone is rubbish; worse than Boyzone. We want something different from everyone. Like Sir Sugar said 'I don't like schmoozers, greasers'. I don't play that game. People who do do that ,hoping to ingratiate ,have no character. They think they're at the same level as the boss. I expose frauds. You have to counter bullshit with spirit; they know they've got away with it for too long..they think they're royalty. That's the beauty of increased awareness; yesterday's bullshit doesn't stand up. You have to keep surprising the cynics. They are itching to do the same as before; because they're stuck in the past. It happens in sport; they think they have the measure of you, then realise they have to recalibrate the response.
