Good sleep Sat night, Sun night not so good. Went to Zeitgeist yesterday afternoon; Christina, Robin, Martin and Geoff. Had Kostritzer and Krombacher. A pleasant walk from Vauxhall to Clapham.
Sat morning back on the coach from Derby; a chap i'd met at the bus station there and i went to Spoons in Victoria station. Some Polish fella there had a pint 8am and finished within 10 mins. Kernel early opening; for the nightshifters..we shift the night.
On time for FoodCycle. Gave some hopefully incisive comments to the attending World Service interviewer. The front of house serving went fine. There was some leftover organic food including Rizotto. Celia and myself hung out, then i went townbound for Craft. The Old Sergeant was going for the world BBQ record which was at 30 hrs and i was tempted to drop in. Did get a Borisbus no 11 from Kings Rd-Aldwych.
Craft would've been too busy on Fri. Jackie, David provided sterling company. Afterwards went to the Hare Krishna temple near Soho Square for some reflection. Met an old friend there and we went to a do at a secret location; i dropped in for an hr and a bit having experienced a chill, mixed vibe in a safe environment.

Fri morning productive. When i was in Derby in the afternoon had a buffet at Jimmy's World Grill; a plethora including sushi, chicken fricassee, veg, yummy ice cream, jelly, choc fondue, fruit. Sat in a graveyard in Nottingham Road; felt positive for doing so. Then met up with Andrew, Gillian. Chip barm later. Uber friendliness in Derby.
