Glad to do two runs yesterday though was cold at the second one. Led the 5k back on the midday run which i loved. Met someone who's visited Moscow; when she was there she had some money stolen in a petty crime. She was offered the option of the miscreant 'being made to disappear' but she politely declined. This is McMafia all over again. Look forward to the gym today.
