When the goalposts change and you have to do an hour's work in 20 mins; you feel simultaneously repulsed and stimulated..i was 2 seconds out. Did a mini uphill run later in the extended daylight with a backpack. A follow-up to Parkrun on tour; Kingston on Sat. The Thames is lovely but I was concerned with a good time; aiming for 24/23 mins 5k. Looking forward to 10k in say 52 mins.
